Matcha chocolate recipe

Recently, matcha has become favored in Vietnam for its fresh flavor. You can cook many kinds of food with match. Let’s learn how to cook match chocolate by the following recipe!


– 400 gr with chocolate

– 125 ml whipping cream

– 25 gr unsalted butter

– 2 spoons of matcha powder


– A Clean bowl

– An Eggs whisk

– A sieve

– A Spoon

– Stencils

– A steamer

– Square tray

Step 1: Boil whipping cream and observe the cream until you see bubbles to emerge and lift the steamer off the stove.

Step 2: Add with chocolate and butter into the hot whipping cream. Stir regularly until all things dissolve in each other.

Step 3: Add 2 spoons of match into the smooth mixture. Stir regularly until the mixture is well green.

Step 4: Pour and spread evenly the mixture into the baking tray lined with a stencil. Beat the tray on the table to remove air bubbles.

Step 5: Freeze the tray from 4 to 5 hours (or overnight)

Step 6: Hold the stencil and lift the chocolate off the tray. Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

Step 7: Powder 2 spoons of matcha on the surface of chocolate. Keep chocolate in to fridge and eat it day by day.
