Ingredients
– 113 gr butter
– 510 gr chocolate chip
– 15 gr instant coffee
– 4 eggs
– 315 gr brown sugar
– 300 gr sugar
– 15 ml vanilla extract
– 512 flour
– 70 gr cocoa powder
– 5 gr baking powder
– 5 gr salt
Note: To measure exactly the ingredients, you should have an electronic scale to measure from 1 gram to 0.1 gram.
Step 1: Melt the butter in a small steamer in medium heat. Add chocolate chips and stir regularly until they are melts completely
Step 2: Add instant coffee into the melted mixture, leave around 5 minutes for coffee to dissolve completely.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a bigger bowl; add the stirred mixture included sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Again, mix two of them and stir regularly.
Step 4: Mix flour and cocoa powder in another bowl. Add this mixture into the chocolate mixture and stir regularly. Keep the whole mixture in the fridge in 30 minutes.
Step 5: Scoop the mixture in the tray lined with a baking paper. Each scoop should be separated approximately 2.5 centimeters.
Bake 117 o C from 12 to 15 minutes. Cookies are soft when they are hot but they will be crispy when they are cool.
